We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a Nurse Manager. In this role as Clinical Manager for the Inpatient Hematology/Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant Unit (28 beds), you will be instrumental in analyzing, developing, and implementing strategies to optimize the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our services. Additionally, you will play a key role in creating an environment that nurtures the provision of patient-centered, specialized, and evidence-based nursing care.

Who Should Apply:
• BSN required
• Current licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse
• Certification in area of specialty
• Minimum of two years' experience at the supervisor level
