JOB SUMMARY:
Patient Care Technicians at The Johns Hopkins Hospital provide highly skilled and compassionate patient and family-centered care as a contributing member of the health care team. Ongoing education is provided to all Patient Care Technicians to ensure that all techs perform at the highest level of their certification and scope of practice.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Successful completion of a nursing aide training program
- Requires active, valid CNA License certification with the Maryland State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification from either American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- 1 year of hospital experience is required.
Salary Range: Minimum $17.37/hour - Maximum $26.13/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
