Job Details:

The Assistant Nurse Manager for the Float Pool supports the daily operations, staffing, and clinical oversight of a diverse team of nurses and support staff who provide care across multiple inpatient units. This role partners with the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, high-quality patient care, optimize staffing resources, support staff development and engagement, and promote operational efficiency. The Assistant Nurse Manager serves as a clinical leader, mentor, and resource for float pool staff while fostering collaboration with unit leadership throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
  • BLS CPR certification required
  • 5 years of RN work experience required

Salary Range: Minimum $52.76/visit - Maximum $81.78/visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
