Position is responsible for coordinating and supervising billing and collections for assigned program outside the JHBMC billing system. Prepares or assists in budget development, monitors program expenditures, and compiles income and expense information.

1. Prepares or assists in budget preparation for annual grant application, supplemental applications and modifications.
2. Monitors program expenses and serves as liaison between the department and the Grants Accounting
office of the JHBMC Finance Department. Maintains program documents of expenditures to be reconciled with the hospital reporting system.

3. Participates in the formulation and implementation of program billing policies.

4. Selects, trains, supervises and evaluates subordinate office personnel.

Full Time, Day Shift

8:30 am- 5:00 pm

Work Location: Bayview MFL East Tower 6th Floor

Education: Work requires the level of knowledge typically acquired through completion of two years of occupationally-specific education or an Associate’s degree in accounting or a closely related field

Experience: One year of previous experience.
