Provides and performs diversified administrative/secretarial support to assigned staff and departments. Facilitates day to day operations of departments to include accounts payable, timekeeping, processing expenses and ordering supplies. Effectively coordinates, maintains and manages daily appointment calendars as required. Review, clarify, summarize and provide communication assistance to management where appropriate. Types correspondence, letters, reports, special projects, agendas, committee minutes and other general related materials. Procures resources as needed.
- A minimum of four (4) years progressively responsible and successful experience as an administrative assistant to a senior level manager or group of managers, preferably in a health care setting.
- Advanced computer and graphics skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Intermediate knowledge of administrative procedures and practices.
- Knowledge of SAP, Concur and Kronos a plus
