Prescribes, delegates, coordinates, provides and implements care for patients who seek care on an episodic or ongoing basis which may continue over time or involve multiple disciplines. Assist in the medical plan of care by implementing prescribed diagnostic, therapeutic, preventative, and wellness regimens. Performs screening, triage, treatment, education and care coordination duties. Facilitates service by providing direction to ancillary staff to ensure that patient care is administered in a thorough, safe and knowledgeable manner. May function in a formal leadership role in order to plan, direct, and coordinate service activities.
Seeking an RN with minimum 2 years of experience and oncology experience preferred. This is a 40-hour per week position in our outpatient cancer center.

Oncology Clinic- SKCC
BSN required, or enrolled in BSN program within 6 months of hire with completion of BSN within 4 years of hire.
2 years of RN experience, Oncology/ chemotherapy experience preferred
RN State of Maryland Board of Nursing License, CPR certification, Oncology Nursing Certification preferred
Possible exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials with little likelihood of harm if established health precautions are followed; Works in area that may require contact with aggressive and/or combative patients
