Put your expertise to work as an Ambulatory Services Manager in the Pediatric and GYN/OB Clinics. We serve a diverse community-based patient population with a team of dedicated and passionate healthcare professionals.
We are in search of a creative leader who likes to manage change and works collaboratively with the providers, staff and key stakeholders to ensure: positive patient access outcomes, efficiency, productivity, fiscal integrity and patient satisfaction. He/she will be responsible for managing the clinical, operational, and financial activities within multiple ambulatory care program settings.
Full Time (40 hours)
Day Shift M-F
Three years management experience with at least one in an outpatient setting strongly preferred. Experience in both adult and pediatric settings would be a plus.
Demonstrated experience in change management is a key attribute.
Spanish speaking skills are a plus.
BS in Nursing Required. Masters Degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or business preferred.
Current Maryland State licensure as Registered Nurse
Possible exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials with little likelihood of harm if established health precautions are followed; Works in normal office environment where there is little discomfort to due to the extremes of heat, dust, noise, temperature and the like
