Put your expertise to work as an Ambulatory Services Manager in the Pediatric and GYN/OB Clinics. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the clinical, operational, and financial activities within multiple ambulatory care program settings. Works collaboratively with the physician chair/chief, other Medical Center departments, management, the Clinical Practice Association, other stakeholders to ensure: timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, practice productivity, fiscal integrity and patient satisfaction in a very diverse patient population.

Full Time (40 hours)

Day Shift M-F

Pay grade 96

Three years management experience with at least one in an outpatient setting strongly preferred. Experience in both adult and pediatric settings would be a plus.
Spanish speaking skills are ideal.

BSN Required. Masters Degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or business preferred.

Current Maryland State licensure as Registered Nurse

Possible exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials with little likelihood of harm if established health precautions are followed; Works in normal office environment where there is little discomfort to due to the extremes of heat, dust, noise, temperature and the like
