Reports into the Senior Director of Supply Chain Transformation. The position is responsible for enabling the timely execution of the business intelligence strategy by staffing a group of analysts on various projects accordingly to strategic priorities and analysts' workload. This could include projects across the health system, including hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. As such, the Analyst Deployment Manager is responsible for understanding strategic priorities, collecting information on the skill sets and preferences the analysts in the analyst pool, searching for and organizing staffing requests, staffing analysts, confirming project requirements and schedule information and communicating accordingly to a range of different stakeholders. The Analyst Deployment Manager should be able to effectively match the right expertise to project needs. In addition, the position should motivate staff, build teamwork, foster staff cohesion and encourage developmental opportunities for analysts. The process of staffing analysts onto projects should at all times be aligned with the vision for the future of Supply Chain, namely, sourcing the best quality products at the best price, treating customers with service orientation and focusing on supply chain excellence internally.
Work Location: Keswick
A bachelor's degree is required.
Extensive knowledge of staffing concepts, ideally in Analytics departments. Knowledge of various communication and influencing techniques. Knowledge of project management. Knowledge of supply chain functions, ideally in a health care setting. Minimum of 6 years of staffing experience. Experience in a health care setting and analytics teams is preferred but not required.
