Assistant Director of Nursing - Perioperative Services
Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center is looking for an innovative and engaging nurse leader to join their Perioperative Services team. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) plays a vital role in fostering relationships with the interdisicplinary team and will oversee processes in order to implement performance improvement opportunities. By working closely with executive level leadership, you will have the support and encouragement needed to partner with individual nurse managers in creating a collaborative and sought after work environment. Our Perioperative department is inclusive of our Pre-Operative ASU, Operating Rooms, and PACU.

Who Should Apply:
- Master's degree in Nursing
- 5 years previous RN experience, including management (PACU/OR preferred)
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license
- BLS CPR certification required
