Job Duties: The administrative resident in the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine (ACCM) will gain hands‐on experience in the areas of project and program management, clinical operations, business development, finance, human resources, marketing and strategic planning. Specific projects and working relationships will be primarily determined by the Department's Strategic Plan, project load, and the administrative resident's interest level. The resident will interact on a frequent basis with the Department Chair, Administrator, Associate Administrator, and Assistant Administrators and Managers. Residents are expected to be productive members of the Department of ACCM and will be accountable for various projects tailored to their professional interests and departmental needs. Residents will also gain a unique exposure to leadership development tools and techniques and benefit from ACCM's Serving Leadership initiative.
Full Time (40 hours)
Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. A Masters degree (completed or in progress) is preferred.
No experience is required.
Works in normal office environment where there is little discomfort to due to the extremes of heat, dust, noise, temperature and the like
