Responsible for patient registration for large 2rd floor clinic. Overall functions include telephone utilization, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, chart preparation, and cash collection activities. Must be able to multi-task, organize work, and problem solve with minimal supervision. Must be able to display Service Excellence to patients as well as clinical staff. Spanish speaking preferred.

1 year of related experience required
Experience in providing Service Excellence to all customers. Meditech, Epic, Excel and Word with at least one year of patient registration experience in an outpatient clinical environment preferred
Overall functions include telephone utilization, insurance verification, chart preparation, and cash collection activities. Must be able to multi-task, organize work, and problem solve with minimal supervision. Computer proficient, 30 wpm typing, patient registration experience, Excellent Customer experience
Works in normal office environment where there is little discomfort to due to the extremes of heat, dust, noise, temperature and the like
