Supports the overall design, administration, communication and project management of the health and welfare benefits. Acts as subject matter expert for the benefits team. Provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of our benefits programs. Knowledgeable of all state and federal regulations, filing and compliance requirements affecting employee benefits programs including ERISA, COBRA, PPCA and DOL requirements.

Work requires advanced communication and mathematical skills as acquired by completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and/or related benefit plan administration. Work requires two to three years of employee benefits experience. Work requires a working knowledge of employee benefits policies and procedures, regulatory legislation such as ERISA, COBRA, PPACA and DOL requirements.

Full-time - 40 hours

8:00am to 5:00pm

Johns Hopkins Eastern Location

Works in normal office environment where there are little or no discomforts due to temperature, noise, and the like.
