Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking a Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist for a temporary assignment. Must be proficient in Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) procedures.
Must be Registered with the ARRT and licensed in the state of Maryland as a Radiologic Technologist.
Operates all radiographic and ancillary equipment within discipline.
Possesses extensive knowledge of all guidewires and catheters. Analytical ability to determine proper protocols for each modality and perform specialized views for the various modalities worked in.
Utilizes imaging techniques which provide diagnostic and therapeutic interventions for specific cardiac procedures.
Possesses effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills to establish working relationships in all modalities worked that foster optimal team performance and quality patient care.
Must be registered with the ARRT and licensed in the state of Maryland as a Radiologic Technologist
Work requires completion of an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent, which normally is acquired in a two-year college or technical school program
Prefer at minimum of at least one year experience within Cath Lab
ARRT certified with current registration required. Radiography license by the Maryland Board of Physicians and current CPR and ACLS certification required
