The Johns Hopkins Hospital
This flexible position will offer you the opportunity to work in several outpatient clinics and become an expert in various procedures and protocols across the ambulatory care environment. Newly hired CMA’s will become part of a high functioning team that collaborates with inpatient units, community practices, and other ambulatory areas within The Johns Hopkins Health System. Specialized training to facilitate your successful transition between clinics has been thoughtfully prepared.
Shifts: 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday (7:00am-5:30pm); no weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant training program required
- Completion of CMA certification with the credentials of RMA, NCMA, NRCMA, CCMA or CMAA required prior to hire
- Valid CPR certification required upon hire
- Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of CMA experience
