Work location: East Baltimore campus

• The candidate will support 800 to 1000 computers, attached peripherals and additional mobile devices in the assigned areas throughout the EB Campus.
• While following the CTS SLA's, they will respond to incidents and service requests through ServiceNow with the goal to comply with the enterprise computer standards.
• Provide technical support for routine and daily changes to the environment.
• Participate in testing of new changes with the ECI image and application updates.
• Participate in pc deployment, refresh and OS upgrade projects.
• Hold regular meetings with leading clients to discuss on-going issues, upcoming projects, and new CTS initiatives.
• The candidate will be responsible for supporting the clinical hardware environment which includes AIO and SFF computers, barcode scanners, label printers, WOWs, signature pads, dictation microphones, and document scanners.
• The hardware is integral for maintaining clinical staff workflow and patient care.
• Computers will need to meet encryption and security compliance.
• The candidate will be expected to support up to 1000 computers through remote management, hardware replacement, preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• The computers are initially set up by installing printers, installing software and basic network settings configuration.

Required Education: High School Diploma/GED.
Equivalency Formula: JHH: Related experience beyond minimum training experience qualifications may substitute for formal education requirement on a two years' experience-for-one year education basis.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
Knowledge in the assigned IT environments.
