Johns Hopkins Community Physicians is in search of a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C). The Clinical Social Worker will provide patient centered mental health services to primary care patients at East Baltimore Medical Center, a cooperative site of Baltimore Medical Systems in partnership with Johns Hopkins Medicine. Baltimore Medical Systems is the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) system in Baltimore. This position applies specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills in the areas of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral and developmental disorders, conditions and addictions. The Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) participates as an integral member of the Patient care team, working with PCPs, nurses, and patient families to help improve patient outcomes.

Status: Exempt, Dayshift - Full-time 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• Current Maryland licensure with the Board of Social Work Examiners or license eligibility at LCSW-C level.
• Three years of post Master's Degree, preferably working with identitifed population in community/primary care.

• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred.

• This position may require credentialing privileges.
