The Clinical Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for the development, implementation and direct monitoring of performance improvement projects related to patient satisfaction and service recovery initiatives. Responsibilities also include daily patient rounds to proactively identify and resolve service related issues, tracking patient satisfaction data, analyzing relevant trends and developing recommendations for improving or sustaining patient satisfaction outcomes; in collaboration with department managers, providing day-to-day management, mentorship and development of clerical support staff.
Minimum Qualifications: (1) Associate's Degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred. (2) Knowledge of office and administrative procedures and ability to organize and prioritize tasks normally acquired through two to three years of related experience. Requires comprehensive understanding of personal computers and demonstrated proficiency in the use of standard word processing, presentation and spreadsheet software ie. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

- Ability to assess, prioritize and resolve highly complex nonclinical and system related issues in order to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Ability to balance competing and shifting priorities and to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with a diverse patient and staff population.
Pay Grade: NG
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Shift: Day, 8AM-4:30PM. No weekend work required
