The Clinical Dietician for Home Health Services will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions, and current health plans to develop and instruct the homecare patient on dietary care plans and nutritional counseling in the homes of our patient population. The Clinical Dietician will support the field clinicians by providing educational materials and dietary recommendations for their patients. The Clinical Dietician will help develop and implement a nutritional education program for the home care staff to use as a resource while educating our patient population. This position requires travel to patient’s homes in the Baltimore City and surrounding counties area.

- B.S. in required; advanced degree preferred
- At least two (2) years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist working with parenteral nutrition in a health/clinical environment
- Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and Licensure in Maryland as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist required
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Current CPR Card
- CNSC Preferred
