The Supervisor, Outreach addresses the complex social and health problems of Medicaid Enrollees. Coordinates, monitors and manages
the daily activities and time management of the Outreach Representatives. Assigns and set departmental priorities, represents the Outreach
Department in corporate meetings and activities, manages and coordinates the Outreach Departments involvement in community activities
(i.e., Health Fairs). The Supervisor, Outreach works with Managers in defining daily priorities and insuring that all staff work toward those
identified priorities. This position is no eligible for telecommuting.

Requirements:

A. Education

Requires Associates degree in a healthcare or business related field or equivalent work experience; Bachelor degree preferred.

B. Knowledge:

Knowledge of spreadsheet, database, presentation, project scheduling and word processing software. Knowledge of Finance, Quality Management, Planning and Administrative theory, Project Management knowledge.

C. Skills:

High level of interpersonal skill, written and oral communication necessary to interface with various levels of management. High level of meeting management, computer, teaching and training, organization and time management. High level of leadership/facilitation skills. High level of analytical ability necessary to identify and illustrate relationships among activities, recommend courses of action based on making choices among alternative and design recommended. Ability to exercise good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.

D. Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.:

None.

E. Work Experience:

Requires a minimum of three years’ experience working in health care or community outreach. Prior experience in personnel supervision preferred.
