Under minimal supervision uses specific skills in performing a wide range of radiologic techniques and procedures. Incumbents move from one radiographic room to another during the work period in order to maintain familiarity with workings of the entire department.
Must be available to work 2 weekend shifts per month
Work Location: Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center - Radiology
Work requires the level of knowledge typically acquired through completion of occupationally specific education or an Associate’s degree in radiologic technology
Certification as a Medical Radiation Technologist by the Maryland Board of Physician Quality Assurance is required. Certification from ARRT and valid American Heart Association CPR card also required
Less than six months of previous experience
