Johns Hopkins Bayview is searching for full time Radiology Technologist to join our diverse Radiology team. Position will provide coverage for our nine (9) speciality areas. JH Bayview has currently implemented a new competitive salary structure. Position Summary:

Under minimal supervision uses specific skills in performing a wide range of radiologic techniques and procedures. Incumbents move from one radiographic room to another during the work period in order to maintain familiarity with workings of the entire department.

Education/Work Experience:

Work requires the level of knowledge typically acquired through completion of occupationally specific education or an Associate’s degree in radiologic technology and less than six months of previous experience.


Certification as a Medical Radiation Technologist by the Maryland Board of Physician Quality Assurance is required. Certification from ARRT and valid CPR card also required.


  • Work requires the analytical skills to resolve problems that require the use of basic scientific, mathematical, or technical principles.
  • Work requires the ability to exchange information on factual matters, schedule appointment, greet visitors, explain medical center policies, and/or relay messages to appropriate personnel. This type of interaction requires courtesy and tact when dealing with patients, visitors and/or medical center employees. More sensitive situations may be referred to others as appropriate.
