The Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership of assigned dining room(s) operations. The Dining Room Supervisor is a working leader in day to day operations directly supervising and assisting the dining services team, maintains a resident focus business decorum at all times, manages dining flow and balances the serving responsibilities among dining staff. Assists the community in maintaining consistent and high quality service standards in all dining rooms.

Preferred experience:
1. High school diploma/GED accepted.
2. Two years experience in fine dining or high volume food service preferably in assisted living, full service and/or hospitality industries.
3. Supervisory/management experience preferred which may include supervising and responsibility of shift/daily operations.
4. Maintains current Food Services Sanitation certificate.

Minimum Qualifications: Diploma/Certificate/GED required

Hours per week: 40 hours per week

Shift: 12:00 noon - 8:00 p.m.
