The EEG Technician I, under minimal supervision, performs a variety of standard and complex diagnostic neurological tests to facilitate the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral impairment. Calculates and analyzes standard and special procedure test results. Provides preliminary report for use by physicians.

Work Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital, East Baltimore Campus, Baltimore, MD 21287
High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Completion of AMA approved program in EEG Technology strongly preferred.
Required Licensure, Certification, Etc.:
Basic Life Support CPR Certification;
A minimum of one year of work experience as a Neuro-diagnostic Technician (EEG, EMU, EP, IOM, etc.) is required, if an AMA approved program in EEG Technology was not completed.
