The Enrollment Coordinator maintains the enrollment database for USFHP. This individual is responsible for all functions related to membership including updates and edits to the data, verification of eligibility, the issuance of ID cards, as well as membership and group reconciliations. The coordinator will interact daily with internal and external customers to solve members' issues and concerns which requires detailed and professional documentation in various systems and/or enrollment files.

Requirements:

  • Basic data entry, PC and software application skills including Excel and Word as well as, intermediate problem solving skills.Other duties as assigned
  • Must be able to obtain CAC card ceritification and pass DOD security clearance
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1 year managed care, health insurance, medical office or related experience
  • Prior enrollment experience preferred
