Position Summary:

Position is responsible for providing administrative and executive secretarial support. Prepares, revises and maintains confidential and complex statistical and management reports. Screens visitors, often referring to established hospital policies in answering inquiries, or referring visitors to appropriate sources.

• Provide administrative support in supply orders, classroom/space calendar management, copying/packet preparation for educational offerings, front desk coverage, take minutes for meetings, etc.
• Provide support to the clinical placement coordinator in the onboarding and tracking of clinical student rotations and practicum experiences
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint), Outlook, and easily adapt to new technology.

Education/Work Experience:

Work requires a high school level of educational development and up to one year of basic technical training in secretarial, business or office management and two years of previous experience.


Full Time, Day Shift (40 hours)

7:30 am - 4:00 pm
