Great opportunity for an Executive Chef as we are going to a Self-Operation model at Suburban Hospital!
As the Executive Chef, you will work with an amazing Food & Patient Services team, providing all Food and Nutritional services to all the patients and visitors in the hospital by operating the hospital cafeteria, catering, and vending.
As the Executive Chef, you will provide leadership to the culinary team ensuring the effective and efficient operation of main kitchen and production areas by supervising activities of all associated staff, upholding the standards of the customer service program and responsible for all scheduling of staff and creation of daily job assignments.
- Full Time, 40hrs per week
- Minimum of two years previous supervisory experience in food service operation
- High School Diploma is required
- Serv-safe certification is preferred
