The HR Compliance Specialist has responsibility for Auditing HR programs and practices for compliance with policies, guidelines, plan documents and local/state/federal regulations and laws. Supports the compliance of primary source verification for educational requirements, I9 and other employment requirements.

Pay Grade: NJ

Work Location: Eastern

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field. Minimum of three years related experience. Knowledge of ERP reporting tools necessary to complete audits. Knowledge of PC-based word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Ability to identify and assess risks. Collaboration with internal and external partners. Requires strong communication skills both written and oral. Must have excellent computer skills, working knowledge of data base applications, and ability to use spreadsheet applications.
