Reporting to the Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations provides professional human resources support to the Human Resource Consultants and coordination in core areas of employee-labor relations, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action, employee training and development and project management. In conjunction with the JHH/JHHS Human Resources, provides services to support implementing and managing human resources programs and initiatives and for resolving human resources related issues at the department level. Serves as liaison between the department and JHH/JHHS Human Resources.

Day Shift

40 hours per week

Work Location: Osler 7th floor

Pay grade: NI

Work requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration/human resources or a related discipline. Applicable work experience may be substituted for the educational requirement. PHR/SPHR Certification helpful. Work requires knowledge and understanding of all aspects of human resources management, policies and procedures, and the ability to effectively interpret, apply and communicate such information appropriately. Must possess working knowledge of all Federal and State regulations pertaining to Human Resources.

At least five years of human resource experience required including at least three years of human resources generalist experience preferred. Experience in healthcare/customer-intense environment preferred.
