The Imaging Technologist - Diagnostic:
Performs a variety of radiological procedures while providing professional and quality care to our patients. Ensures images are taken in accordance to State regulations and in conjunction with the ALARA principle. Is able to operate all equipment to include DR, CR, Fluoroscopy, Portables and C-arms. Is able to perform a variety of exams performed in Diagnostic Radiology, Surgery and Minor Surgery. Identifies care needs of patients, implements interventions and utilizes equipment necessary to meet the specific needs of our patient population to include: infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Will emulate our Core Values to provide an excellent patient experience with a focus on quality, communication, and kindness. Wants to work in an environment which supports each other in a respectful, collegial way with honesty and integrity.
*Shifts Vary/ weekends.
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
Provides evidence of continuing education as required to maintain licensure
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current ARRT, Maryland licensure, CPR certification
- Previous experience as a diagnostic technologist desirable.
