Work Schedule: M-F 10am-6:30pm

Responsible for receipt and initial processing of order requests. Ensure accurate transfer of information into electronic system. Complete review for basic order elements. If elements are incomplete or missing - complete appropriate follow up to obtain or close request. Provide excellent service to customers during every interaction. Ensure sufficient documentation is received to support appropriate coverage and hand off to next workflow. Respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.



  • H.S. diploma or equivalent.
  • Post high school education or training, preferred.


  • 2 years customer service, preferred.
  • Experience working in a medical environment - familiarity with durable medical equipment, preferred.
  • Experience working in a call center, preferred.


  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Basic medical terminology for homecare field
  • Customer service principals and service expectations
  • Positive attitude, engaged team member
