Job Duties: Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, and taking into consideration the developmental needs of the patient, performs routine patient activities and delegated patient care procedures of a specialized and technical nature which includes observing and monitoring patient condition, identifying changes in collected patient data and notifying nurse, setting-up and maintaining specialized clinical equipment, knowledge of aseptic technique, collecting specimens and performing related, delegated nursing procedures. The JHSCS Clinical Technician will flex between the Prep, PACU, & Procedural areas of the JHSCS. The JHSCS clinical Technician may also flex to other areas as needed to meet the daily operational needs of the JHSCS.

Day Shift
7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Education: High School diplima or equivalent.
License/Certification: Nursing Assistant certification is required. Valid BCLS Basic Cardiac Life Support is required.
Experience: One year of acute care (hospital) tech experience; volunteeer work as EMT or CRT may be considered.
