You will have the ability to collaborate with inspirational nursing leadership and assume management functions as identified by the department. Candidate qualifications for the the Lead Clinical Nurse position:

  1. Bachelors degree from an accredited nursing program
  2. Active RN licensure in the state of Maryland
  3. 3+ years of acute care RN experience (medicine/telemetry experience preferred)
  4. Clinical and professional leader at the unit level
