The Johns Hopkins Hospital Pain Treatment Center facilitates consultative and interventional care for adults with diagnoses including chronic pain, malignancy, and/or post-surgical pain.
The Park Infusion Center cares for adult patients requiring Infusion, Hydration, or Transfusion in the Ambulatory Setting. Rapid access to comprehensive care services for persons needing treatment for Sickle Cell Disease are provided 7 days a week.
The Lead Clinical Nurse will provide guidance and direction to staff and acts in the absence of the Assistant Nurse Manager/Nurse Manager to oversee a clinical team during care delivery for both the Park Infusion Center and Pain Treatment Center.
Shifts: Days; weekend work required
- BSN/MSN from an accredited nursing program required.
- Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
- BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted
- The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of acute care RN work experience
- Ability to lead others, assist in development & implementation of procedures for the unit, use principles of conflict resolution, recommend resource utilization, and implement performance management of staff.
- RN work experience in the cardiac surgery specialty is preferred.
