The Data Analyst/Business Intelligence (BI) Developer position exists to lead the technical development of analytics and reporting of Howard County General Hospital's (HCGH) clinical, operational, research, and financial goals. This position will develop and implement new and enhanced reports/tools, as well as define new data aggregation views, working with key stakeholders to develop and enhance the quality and presentation of operational metrics, trend analyses, and statistical models. The role will work closely with the Howard Health Partnership (HHP), a regional population health model to provide effective community-based care across Howard County, and will also support analytics related to HCGH's strategic planning process and business development initiatives. This position will work closely with the Assistant Director of Strategic Intelligence in HCGH's Department of Population Health and Advancement to support the hospital's population health mission and strategic objectives.
