GENERAL SUMMARY: The Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing the highest degree of quality care and services by administering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner. A summary of responsibilities include but not limited to administration of medications, documentation of medication administration, and resident care while demonstrating the Mission for Grand Oaks and promote the highest degree of quality care and services to our patients.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- RN licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, preferred or LPN licensed to practice in the District of Columbia required.
- High school graduate/GED accepted and may be required per state regulations.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred and desire to serve and care for seniors.
