We are currently seeking a Mammographer for a 40-hour/week temporary assignment at Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC.   Will perform screenings and diagnostic exams.     

Recent hospital experience needed.   

Monday - Friday  8:30-5:00pm.  


Operates all breast imaging equipment located in the Breast Center for the purposes of performing screening and diagnostic mammography exams, and assisting with needle localizations, stereotactic breast biopsies and ultrasound biopsies. Performs DEXA scans for osteoporosis studies, according to physician orders.

Ensures that our commitment to excellence in customer service is accomplished throughout the daily work schedule. Fosters a positive work environment for patients, colleagues and referring physicians. Insures compliance with all the terms and conditions of the Mammography Quality Standards Act.


ARRT certification required;  advanced mammography registration (ARRT-M) preferred. 

BLS certification required.  

At least 1 year of experience in mammography.
