Under the direction of the Sr. Director, Finance and Decision Support, the Manager, Budget & Financial Planning is responsible for coordinating financial functions that relate to budgeting and financial planning, overseeing the financial reports and systems that are used for communicating financial results and supervising financial analysts assigned to these areas. The Manager, Budget & Financial Reporting manages and coordinates activities and personnel responsible for the formulation and presentation of operating and capital budgets for HCGH and related business entities. The manager may also be involved with the implementation of new financial systems and/or reporting as determined by the organization's strategic plan.
