Reports to the Senior Director, Product Development and Program Analytics. The Manager of Product Development is responsible for driving the development and execution of a market growth strategy that supports the profitability of Medicare Advantage. The Manager is responsible for conducting market research, Identifying and meeting market position objectives; and creating new first to market or market leading differentiators. The Manager has the responsibility to develop short and long term portfolio strategy and execute on key initiatives. Leads the execution of initiatives across cross-functional workgroups. The Manager partners with stakeholders on efforts to comply with CMS regulatory changes to Medicare Advantage. Manages on-going reporting metrics aimed at providing insights and recommendations for future growth and efficiencies. Extensive experience with Medicare Products and the annual bid filing requirements. Strong analytic, strategic and planning skills, and must be able to successfully facilitate sound business objectives within a highly regulated industry.
