Position Summaray:

Reports to a Materials Management Shift Supervisor and/or Materials Management Manager. Ensures customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information when responding to a customer inquiries. Must provide thorough and timely follow up via phone calls, documentation, ensuring paperwork, or computer data entry. Performs a valued customer service by expediting delivery, responding to requests for supplies, equipment, delivery issues for customers. Process supply requisitions using software. Identify and research inquiries, complaints and questions relative to the delivery of materials from Central Stores or Central Receiving. Channels customer complaints and irregularities to supervisors and managers as appropriate.


A High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate degree preferred

Work Experience:

Minimum of one year customer service experience. Materials management experience and/or Receiving experience preferred. Prior healthcare inventory systems experienced preferred.


Limited shift, Night (20 hours)

8:30 pm - 7:00 am
