The Johns Hopkins Hospital- The Pediatric Nursing Administration Nurse Educator is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff on unit. Applies nursing, adult learning, and other theories as appropriate. Functions as an educational advisor to unit nursing staff and facilitator for continued development. Reports to the Functional Director of Nursing/Designee.

Shifts: 8-hour day shift

Who Should Apply:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited school of nursing and coursework in curriculum development, evaluation, or adult education.
  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license
  • BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network
  • 5 years of full-time experience in area of specialty
