This fulltime nurse manager will oversee Zayed 9 West, which is a 32 bed unit which comprises acute, telemetry, and intermediate care for liver and kidney transplant patients as well as nephrology and general surgery patients as needed.

Who Should Apply:

• MSN from an accredited nursing program required. Those without the required degree may be considered provided they enroll in an accredited MSN program within 12 months of hire
• Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
• Requires 5 years of experience as a registered nurse (within the specialty preferred), including 3-5 years of leadership and/or management responsibilities
• Ability to lead others, problem solve, analyze and interpret data, adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments, and create a climate that fosters compassionate care, innovation, cooperation, collaboration, and teamwork
