The Nurse Team Lead, RN will work within the Acute Medical Unit.
The Nurse Team Lead, RN works directly with the Clinical Manager in the day to day leadership of the unit.
- Responsible for the shift assignment of work and resources including allocation of staff, equipment, assignments, and scheduling.
- Utilizes standards, guidelines, protocols and pathways for optimal care delivery.
- Actively participates in Quality Improvement, direct observations, and medical record reviews
Hours:
- Full Time, 36hrs per week
- Days, 7a - 7:30p
Requirements:
- Licensed to work as a RN in Maryland
- CPR
- BSN required
