NURSE MIDWIFE - CNM or NURSE PRACTITIONER

Under the supervision of the Office Medical Director, the Obstetrics and Gynecology Acute/Urgent Care and Triage Provider, provides primary medical care to patients in OB/GYN, including assessment, development of a plan of care in collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team, provision of direct participant medical care, and evaluation of effectiveness of the plan of care. Providers work in multidisciplinary team with behavioral health, social work, medical assistants.

• Full-Time 40 hours per week
• Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife License required in the State of Maryland
• CPR Certification required
