POSITION SUMMARY:

The Occupational Therapy Director serves as the leader in integration of Occupational Therapy services throughout the hospital system. Establishes policies, goals, and direction for the Occupational Therapy Service line. Accountable for maximizing financial performance and driving excellence in Safety and Quality. Serves in a leadership role as part of the Developmental and Rehabilitation Services leadership team and participates in the strategic planning and realization of goals for Developmental and Rehabilitation Services throughout the hospital system.

LOCATION: St Petersburg, FL

HOURS: Full-time Days

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
  • Current Occupational Therapy state of Florida License.
  • 7 years of strong pediatric clinical experience.
  • 5-7 years of management experience at the manager level
