Patient Care Tech - Float Pool

Eligible for $1000 Sign on Bonus

Clinical Associates maintain a collaborative relationship with the RN and other members of the multidisciplinary health care team. Under the direction of a RN, works as an associate with advanced training in specific clinical skills/competencies on the health care team. Observes patients, provides skilled nursing care and maintains the patient environment in an outcome oriented, safe, therapeutic, compassionate and cost-effective manner. Duties and responsibilities are based on what serves the patients and the team at any given time and are determined in collaboration with the team leader.

Work Location: Washington D.C.

Full time Night Shift

Rotating Shifts 7a-7p/ 7p-7a

1. High school graduate or GED.
2. Current certification as CNA in the District of Columbia
3. Completion of Clinical Associate or Patient Care Technician training course or comparable training/job experience and ability to demonstrate needed skills.
4. Current Basic life support training/certification required; Heartsaver CPR (adult/child)
