Fast paced environment and will handle a heavy case load and interact with providers and embassies
Work Experience:
4 years related experience in healthcare and/or international business with a strong focus on customer service best practices.
Previous medical call center experience a plus.
Education:
B.A. or B.S. or equivalent work experience in a healthcare and/or multinational business setting with a strong focus on customer service
Shift: Location: 601 N Caroline Street, Baltimore, MD 21287, hybrid 3 days a week in office
Full Time (40 hours)
Day Shift: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
