Under general supervision, assists in developing, implementing, managing and evaluating programs which further the mission of the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center's Office of Patient Experience. Provides administrative and project supports for the department. Manages special and on-going projects in the department. Assists with coordination of activities, minutes, complex calendars and events.
Full Time, Day Shift, 40 hours per week, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Office of Patient Experience
- 3-5 years of experience as a coordinator in health care administration, office experience, or customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred
