Interviews patient and/or family to gather accurate demographic and insurance information to be entered into the Keene registration system. Must utilize resources available to obtain verification and pre-authorization of all Managed Care providers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Work requires a high school level of educational development and six months of previous experience.
- No certification, registration or licensure required.
- Work requires the analytical skills to gather and interpret data in situations in which the information or problems are relatively routine.
- Work requires the ability to exchange information on factual matters, schedule appointments, greet visitors, explain medical center policies and/or relay messages to appropriate personnel. This type of interaction requires courtesy and tack when dealing with patients, visitors and/or medical center employees. More sensitive situations may be referred to others as appropriate.
Day Shift, Full time (40 hours a week)
7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Weekend work required, every third weekend

Work is generally performed in an office or clinical environment in which is only minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions.
