Coordinate with customer the most efficient method to schedule patient services. Under direct supervision of the Outpatient Pharmacy Manager, primarily interacts with clients, healthcare providers, and patients, to provide services to identified units. The Patient Relations Liaison works closely with the identified units as well as the pharmacy manger to ensure medications are provided in a timely manner. The Patient Relations Liaison also participates in other duties related to the day to day operations of the outpatient pharmacies.

Five (5) years retail pharmacy technician experience preferred.

Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy is required upon hire.

Able to work independently.
