10:00am-6:30pm and every other weekend

Coordinate with customer the most efficient method to schedule patient services. Exceed customer expections through the delivery of superior service demonstrating empathy, patience, and a positive attitude. Effecitve communication to ensure customers have a full understanding of the scope of service, on-going aspects of care, and fully understand coverage and financial responsibility. Coordinate scheduling for existing patients to ensure continuity of care. Demonstrate effective communication skills to evaluate caller needs, provide solution, and closure to requests.



  • H.S. diploma or equivalent.
  • Post high school education or training, preferred.


  • 2 years customer service, preferred.
  • Experience working in a medical environment - familiarity with durable medical equipment, preferred.
  • 2 years call center, preferred.


  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Basic medical terminology for homecare field
  • Customer service principals and service expectations
